Refund Policy

At Minimalist Crew, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we currently do not offer refunds, we do provide an exchange option to ensure you get the right fit and color.

Exchanges

  • Products can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery.

  • Items are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and stickers intact.

  • Exchanges are available for size and color variations only.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products without original tags or packaging.

  • Items that show signs of wear, wash, or damage.

  • Clearance or discounted items may not be eligible for exchange.

Process

  1. To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team at support@minimalistcrew.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

  2. Once your request is approved, we’ll guide you through the return pickup or courier process.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will dispatch the replacement product.

Refunds

At this time, we do not offer refunds. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as if you receive a defective or wrong item. In such cases, please contact us immediately and we’ll resolve it at the earliest.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
